This high-strength construction adhesive is waterproof and can be applied to wet and frozen surfaces both cold (down to 10 deg F) and hot (120 deg F) temperatures for landscaping and deck projects. Durable and long-lasting, Loctite? PL Premium Max won't develop air pockets after cure for better flexibility and strength. Loctite?
